This policy applies to all purchases made through the online store operated by Bluemarble Computers Ltd.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund if you change your mind within 14 working days of delivery. This includes:

  • The original purchase price
  • Original postage and packaging charges

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

9. Discounted & Sale Items

  • Items purchased with a discount voucher will be refunded only for the amount paid, not the full listed price.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind. Please contact us before purchasing if unsure.
